About Captain Danny Gladstone
Growing up on the Eastern End of Long Island, Captain Danny has been fishing the waters around Long Island since he was a kid. Experience and dedication has made Captain Danny and Fins Up Charters one of the best Charter Boats on the Long Island Sound today. Holding a 50 TON USCG Masters License, Captain Danny is also a member of the USCG Auxiliary.  All of the Custom fishing Rods and Equipment used on the boat are personally built by Captain Danny, and all the gear is maintained to perfection.

Fins Up Charters is dedicated to the excitement and enjoyment that Sport Fishing has to offer. We believe in strict adherence to all safety and USCG regulations and will always provide our guests with a safe , reliable and enjoyable experience. Fins Up is equipped with the latest marine communication and navigation equipment and is inspected for USCG compliance on an annual basis.

We welcome all ages...from small children to grandparents... and have been providing a great "Family" boat for the past 12 years. Nothing is more exciting for us than to witness the greatness of a family fishing trip.We love to teach kids how to fish, explain the techniques we use and are willing to share all of our knowledge and experience with our guests.
